These Terms of Service apply when you access or purchase from Silk Studio Ldn. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms alongside our Returns & Refunds, Shipping and Privacy Policies.
Orders & Payments
Please ensure all order details, including your texture, colour, length, quantity and delivery address, are correct before completing checkout.
Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to make changes or cancellations where preparation or customisation has already begun. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or product availability issues.
All prices and promotions may be changed at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed when your order is placed.
Our Hair
Our extensions are made from human hair, meaning natural variations in colour, texture, curl/wave pattern and appearance may occur.
Product photographs, videos and descriptions are provided to represent our products as accurately as possible; however, appearance may vary depending on lighting, screen settings, length, washing and styling.
Please refer to individual product descriptions and contact us before ordering if you require assistance selecting your hair.
Returns & Faults
All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Due to the hygienic and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection or unwanted items.
This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law where goods are genuinely faulty, damaged or not as described.
Shipping
Delivery timeframes and shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their destination country unless otherwise stated.
Website & Content
All photographs, videos, branding, logos, graphics, product descriptions and other original content displayed on the Silk Studio Ldn website and social platforms belong to Silk Studio Ldn or are used with permission.
Content must not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our permission.
Errors & Availability
We reserve the right to correct errors relating to product information, pricing, promotions, availability or other website content. Where an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you where appropriate.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
Silk Studio Ldn will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from misuse, incorrect installation, improper aftercare or alteration of our products.
